These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of martialartsmedia.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to general use of the Website — reading content, browsing pages, listening to the podcast, downloading lead magnets, and contacting us. They do not govern the Partners program or MAM.Pro. If you become a Partner, your use of those services is governed by the Partners Licensing Agreement, which you accept separately at checkout.
The Website is operated by New Economy Masters Pty Ltd (ABN 36 135 462 270, ACN 135 462 270), trading as Martial Arts Media™, of Suite 8, 84 Wises Road, Maroochydore QLD 4558, Australia. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “MAM” refers to this company.

1.1 By accessing or using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.
1.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies to your use of the Website. Material changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, by notice on the Website.
2. What the Website Is
2.1 The Website is a marketing and information platform for Martial Arts Media™ and its services, including the Partners program, MAM.Pro, the Martial Arts Media™ Business Podcast, and related content.
2.2 The Website provides educational content about marketing, business, and operations for martial arts schools. This content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or business advice tailored to your situation.
2.3 We may add, remove, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the Website at any time without notice.

5.2 “Martial Arts Media” is a registered trademark of New Economy Masters Pty Ltd in Australia.
5.3 Nothing on the Website grants you any licence to use our trademarks, logos, or branded content beyond ordinary reading, listening, or sharing public links.

10.1 You agree to indemnify MAM against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12.2 The courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your home jurisdiction requires otherwise.
13. General
13.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
13.2 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms on one occasion, it does not mean we waive that right on future occasions.
13.3 Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and MAM regarding your use of the Website. The Partners Licensing Agreement and any other agreements relating to specific services we provide are separate and additional to these Terms.
